After more than 20 years leading teams, managing projects, and designing just about everything, Laura McGraw understands firsthand how quickly a career can change — and how overwhelming and uncertain a career transition can be.
She “got the opportunity to leave” corporate America, and it shook her world. But it didn’t defeat her. The experience revealed something important — she didn’t lack talent or experience — she simply needed a clear place to start, the right tools, and a plan.
